BIBKO Model 1000 is a basic reclaimer rated at 10 cubic yards per hour. Would be suitable for ready mix plants with 3 – 10 trucks and production from 15,000 to 30,000 yards per year
- The helix inside the screw washer system has two functions to fulfill:
- Move the leftover material discharged into the washer through the washwater in the machine
- Take the washed aggregates out of the water and discharge it into the material bunker
- Small footprint
- Easy installation.
- Bearing positioned outside water area to reduce maintenance cost
- Machine cover easy to open for maintenance
- Feeding hopper size up to 9 ft 7″
- Wear compensation by screw adjustment facility

Specifications
Basic Model 1000 comes complete with galvanized steel body, dual wash chamber with patented discharge conveyor, truck wash out pump, automatic slurry water handling controls, slurry agitator system, electronic controls, wiring, plumbing, testing and training of staff. Many optional items are available including longer discharge conveyors, above ground slurry tanks, concrete boom pump washout, larger feed hoppers, multiple truck rinse out stations, screen units, auto density management system, water weigh batcher or slurry water meter and external buffer.
